Winter has come again, and this time I want to experience my body and mind with a cold. ICE MEDITATION or Cold meditation — have you tried it before? This winter I want to feel cold and snow as a source of strength and health, and not vice versa.
I thought that a little swim in the icy water is the best way to start this winter, to really get to the bottom of how cold it looks.
However, there is a more interesting method of exposing your body to cold — this is meditation in wet and icy clothes! Ice meditation in the cold changes the mind, fills the body with health.
Ice meditation is a way to test yourself. A strange feeling of doing something when my whole body tells me not to do it !!!!!!
Frost and cold have the most amazing effect on our body and mind. It is like giving your body a lot of health.
